Payment Terms:
Membership fees are due at the beginning of each month.
Payments can be made online, at the town office or via e-transfer.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Facility Access:
Hours of operation 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Fob for Heritage Common and Fitness Centre door code.
Do not share your personal code.
Unauthorized access may result in immediate termination.
The facility is monitored by security cameras.
Age Policy:
Members must be 16 years of age or older.
Youth aged 12 to 15 may access the facility only under a family membership.
No guests are permitted at any time.
Member Responsibilities:
Do not prop open doors.
Leave outdoor shoes on the cart provided and wear indoor shoes only.
Wipe down all equipment after each use.
Place used cloths in the laundry basket provided.
Return all weights and equipment to their proper locations.
All outdoor change rooms and washrooms are located in the gymnasium.
The gymnasium may be available for walking, running when not booked for rentals.
Be respectful of others at all times.
Report any damage or issues to the town office immediately.
No food or alcohol permitted.
No smoking or vaping on the premises.
Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk:
I understand that the participation in fitness activities at the Hepburn fitness centre involves certain inherent risks, including injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of this facility and its equipment. I hereby release, waive and discharge the town of Hepburn, its employees, volunteers and agents for many and all liability claims or demands arising from my participation and use of the facility.
I agree to use the equipment responsibly and follow all posted and communicated safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of my membership without refund.
I acknowledge that my assigned door code provides personal access to the facility. I agree not to share my code with anyone under any circumstance.
